Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to MyResto Today's services, subscriptions, and transactions.
1. Restaurant Partner Subscription Services
1.1. Subscription Plans
MyResto Today offers various subscription plans for Restaurant Partners to access our integrated POS, CRM, QR-based ordering, and other management tools.
1.2. Cancellation of Subscription
Restaurant Partners may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
1.3. Refund Policy for Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations of monthly subscriptions. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
- Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied.
1.4. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
When upgrading to a higher-tier subscription plan, the additional cost will be prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle. When downgrading to a lower-tier subscription plan, the change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle, with no refund for the current cycle.
2. BezCoin Wallet and Loyalty Program
2.1. BezCoin Purchases
Restaurant Partners or diners may purchase BezCoins for use within the MyResto Today platform.
2.2. Refund Policy for BezCoin Purchases
- Refunds for unused BezCoins may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Once BezCoins have been used or transferred, they cannot be refunded.
- BezCoins earned through promotions, rewards, or loyalty programs are not eligible for refunds.
2.3. Expiration and Cancellation of BezCoins
BezCoins do not expire as long as your account remains active. If an account is inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, BezCoins may expire. In the event of account termination, any unused BezCoins will be forfeited.
3. Diner Reservations and Orders
3.1. Reservation Cancellations
Diners may cancel reservations made through the MyResto Today platform according to the following terms:
- Standard Reservations: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the reservation time will incur no penalty.
- Special Event Reservations: Cancellations for special events or high-demand times may be subject to the specific Restaurant Partner's cancellation policy, which will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
3.2. Order Cancellations
For food orders placed through the MyResto Today platform:
- Pre-preparation Cancellations: Orders cancelled before the Restaurant Partner begins preparing the food may be eligible for a full refund.
- Post-preparation Cancellations: Orders cancelled after preparation has begun may be subject to partial or no refund, at the discretion of the Restaurant Partner.
- Delivery Orders: Once a delivery order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
4.1. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue the refund as BezCoins or through an alternative payment method agreed upon by both parties.
4.2. Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Digital Wallet Payments: Refunds to digital wallets (e.g., PayTM, Google Pay) are usually processed within 3-5 business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer may take 7-14 business days to process.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1. Service Disruptions
In the event of significant service disruptions or technical issues with the MyResto Today platform that prevent Restaurant Partners from accessing critical features, we may provide credits or partial refunds for the affected period, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5.2. Force Majeure
MyResto Today is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
6. Disputed Transactions
6.1. Dispute Resolution Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been provided, please contact our customer support team with relevant transaction details. We will investigate the matter and respond within 7 business days.
6.2. Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we request that you contact our customer support team to resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and additional legal action.
7. Changes to This Policy
MyResto Today reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
